The Upper East Side also has the best shopping and boutiques to find the latest trends.

Upper West Side Rentals

Family-friendly and chic. Cozy and trendy. Relaxed and lively. The many contradictions that make up the Upper West Side also make it one of our favorite neighborhood. You’ll find studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments that have all the comforts of home in the middle of the city. Stroll with your family during the day and drink a beer with friends in one of many hip neighborhood bars come evening

Midtown Rentals Units

Midtown is as crowded, loud and dynamic as New York City gets. Enjoy the neon lights, the Broadway location of the Theater District and world-class entertainment. Street artists, souvenir carts and shops along with lots of people keeps the neighborhood alive all day and night with commerce, culture and fun!

The Midtown location gives easy access to the midtown offices, Wall Street, Grand Central Station with quick commute times to JFK airport.

Union Square, Flatiron & Gramercy Park

If you’re planning a girl’s weekend away, this is the location for you. You’ll find studios, 1 to 3-bedroom condo apartment rentals that can sleep up to 6 to 8 people. This young and lively area is home today to street performers, off-Broadway shows and an ultra-hip dining scene. In the past, though, it was known for its innovative department stores and throngs of female shoppers, lending it the nickname “The Ladies Mile.”

Many visitors enjoy jogging or taking a walk around Gramercy Park. As you are walking through the neighborhoods check out the impressive equestrian statue of U.S. President George Washington and take in some of the history of the city. If you plan on preparing some of your meals at the rental apartment we suggest visiting the Union Square Greenmarket for your groceries. You’ll find fruits and vegetables grown from farmers within 100 miles of the market.

Lower East Side & Lower West Side

These downtown neighborhoods are where you’ll want to go for a new wardrobe or a night on the town to listen to music and take in the nightlife. Charming cobblestone streets are lined with cool bars and fabulous boutiques. Visit the traditional deli’s such as Katz’s and Russ & Daughters. Just don’t be surprised if you end up spending a pretty penny—it’s well worth it!

If you’re interested in visiting Brooklyn during your stay, the Williamsburg Bridge and Manhattan Bridge connect to the Lower East Side. For those visitors that want to be more environmental friendly their multiple bike lanes in the area. Good news for those wanting to use the ferry – the NYC Ferry has a stop starting there in 2018.
